1. About Cybergrid Solutions

Cybergrid Solutions LLC ("Cybergrid," "we," "us," or "our") is a Connecticut-based managed security service provider (MSSP) and AI intelligence platform builder. We provide cybersecurity services, managed IT services, and AI-powered platforms including AEGIS/SENTRY, SitRep, and Phantom to businesses, organizations, and individuals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at cybergridsolutions.tech, purchasing services, or using any Cybergrid platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Services

Cybergrid Solutions provides the following categories of services:

• Managed Security Services (MSSP) — 24/7 threat monitoring, incident response, and security operations
• Risk & Compliance — regulatory compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and governance programs
• Cloud Security — secure cloud architecture, migration, and monitoring
• Network Architecture & Monitoring — network design, monitoring, and anomaly detection
• AI Implementation — enterprise AI strategy and integration services
• IT Consulting & Reseller — technology procurement, deployment, and management
• AI Platforms — access to AEGIS/SENTRY, SitRep, and Phantom platforms under separate platform agreements

4. Payments and Billing

Certain services and platform subscriptions require payment. By providing payment information, you authorize Cybergrid Solutions to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at time of purchase
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to paid services

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests for subscription services must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date by contacting info@cybergstech.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Professional services and consulting engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cybergrid services and platforms only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our services to engage in illegal activity or facilitate harm to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Cybergrid platform or software
• Resell or redistribute access to our platforms without written authorization
• Use our services to harass, stalk, or harm any individual or organization
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, platform code, algorithms, designs, and documentation produced by Cybergrid Solutions LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Cybergrid Solutions LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any Cybergrid intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

8. Confidentiality

In the course of providing managed security services, Cybergrid may have access to sensitive client information. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and security configurations. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary Cybergrid methodologies, tools, or platform architecture to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cybergrid Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Cybersecurity services reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cybergrid Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cybergrid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cybergrid Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Cybergrid reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any service if a user violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make required payments. Upon termination, your right to access Cybergrid platforms ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.

14. Changes to These Terms

Cybergrid Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
